Our company has constructed and renovated a wide variety of distinctive homes and commercial establishments in the Sarasota area and Boca Grande. Many of our clients are in Florida for only part of the year, and may need to be involved in portions of the construction process remotely. We understand that this can be challenging, and have plenty of experience maintaining an effective collaboration, wherever you are located.

Historic Restoration
Ball Construction is well respected locally for its expertise in restoring historic structures in and around Sarasota. The company has been recognized by Sarasota County for its commitment to historic preservation, having played a key role in the restoration of historic structures at the Crowley Museum and Nature Center, the Lord-Higel House in Venice, the Hermitage Artist Retreat, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, and Historic Spanish Point. Other notable projects have included the relocation of the original Asolo Theater, restoration of the Revere Quality House, the John and Mabel Ringling home, and the Ca’d’Zan.
We are familiar with and adhere strictly to the U.S. Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, as well as all state and local regulations pertaining to historic sites.
